Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused RESTUBE device and any accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the safety of the CO2 cartridges during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our safety team inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
